You might be wondering why there are mountains on my homepage. Well, it’s because hiking is one of my favorite hobbies! I love exploring state parks and different parts of the U.S. Two of my favorite hikes were along the coast of Maine and at Indiana’s own Brown County State Park — especially in the fall! Fall is my favorite season because of the vibrant colors, the vibe, and, of course, Halloween! I absolutely love Halloween and all things spooky. I’m a big fan of horror movies and enjoy all kinds of films in general, but horror is my favorite genre. I consider myself a cinephile.

I also enjoy reading — I’ve read 10 books this year! My favorite author so far is Sarah J. Maas.

In addition to hiking and reading, I have three pets: a beagle and two cats, and I love them dearly. My beagle goes everywhere with me whenever he can, and he especially loves hiking with me and my husband.
