My name is Kamielle, and I am a UX and Product Designer with over four years of academic and professional experience creating user-centered designs that enhance user experiences. I have a proven ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders and leverage empathy to understand user needs and deliver innovative solutions. Currently, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction and hold a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design from Indiana University.

UI/UX Design Internship

During my time at cooledtured I helped with their website redesign. I redesigned the videos page, brands and fandoms page, the blogs page, and pitched an original design idea to be added to their companies website. During this internship I completed UX research, User surveys, User interviews, and UI Design to improve cooledtured website.
Intouch
As part of a collaborative project with four other HCI graduate students, I served as both the UX/UI Designer and group leader. In this role, I managed the team and contributed to key project phases, including UX research, ideation, wireframing, visual design, user testing, and the development of both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes. Our collaborative efforts ensured a seamless workflow and effective communication throughout the project.
EDUON
In collaboration with three other HCI graduate students, I contributed as the UX/UI Designer, leading efforts in UX research, ideation, wireframing, visual design, user testing, and creating both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes. Using Figma as our primary design tool, we developed an online learning platform aimed at enabling users to acquire a variety of skills at their own pace and with minimal to no cost. This project emphasized accessibility and flexibility, reflecting a user-centered approach to creating an impactful learning solution.
